Questions to ask before you book

Advanced aesthetics training is a real commitment of time and money, so it pays to ask plain questions first. These are the ones we would ask.

Is the qualification regulated?

Ask who awards it and at which level. Our Level 7 certificate is a VTCT Skills qualification in non-surgical aesthetic procedures using skin boosters.

Do I meet the entry rules?

Entry rules differ from course to course. Level 7 is aimed at healthcare professionals and qualified practitioners, so ask what is accepted as an equivalent to yours.

How is it assessed?

Find out what is theory, what is practical and whether you will be assessed on live models. Ask too how long learners usually take, and what coursework to expect.

What about prescribing?

Some aesthetic work involves prescription-only medicines, which must be arranged by a qualified prescriber. Ask how this works for the course and for your own practice afterwards.

How far is it to travel?

We train in Finchley, North London. If you are coming from Glasgow, ask for dates and the best route before you plan anything.
